Cibos Restaurant is an established, family-owned, turn-key and very well maintained Italian restaurant located in Waynesburg Ohio. Cibos opened in 1971 in the Mohawk movie theatre after the theatre closed. A local orthodontist purchased the building for his mother to open an Italian restaurant. She along with other local friends started cooking with their recipes brought over from Italy. People from all over Stark and surrounding counties enjoy the homemade pastas and bread; all made daily. In 1986 the entire theatre was remodeled to accommodate the growing number of patrons. The large dining room can seat over two hundred people, and offers a unique atmosphere from its high ceiling to the stage where local residents occasionally entertain with dinner theatrics. Great sales and profitability history. Currently open Thursday-Sunday. Lots of upgrades. The building has a partial basement for storage. Plenty of parking.
