LIMITED-TIME RENT SPECIAL: With an executed 16-month lease, tenants will receive a four-month rent credit. During those first four months, the tenant will only be responsible for the site lease and applicable utilities. After the four-month credit period, regular monthly rent will apply for the remainder of the lease term. Community approval is required before moving into the home. Each adult applicant age 18 or older must complete an application and pay a $45 application fee. The application allows Austin Woods to conduct the required background and light credit screening. Residents are responsible for applicable utilities and compliance with all community rules and requirements. Pet policies and other community guidelines apply.
