How do I create a Homello account?+
Download the Homello app from the App Store, tap Get Started, and sign up with your email, Apple, or Google account. Complete your profile and preferences to personalize your home search.
How does pre-qualification work?+
Homello connects you with partner lenders who can run a soft credit check and provide budget guidance in minutes. Pre-qualification helps you understand what you can afford before making an offer.
How do I schedule a property tour?+
Open any listing in the app and tap Request Tour. You can choose available times and communicate with the listing agent directly through in-app messaging.
Is Homello a real estate brokerage?+
Homello is a technology platform that connects buyers, renters, and verified real estate professionals. We facilitate search, communication, and transaction workflows but are not a licensed broker or lender.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Profile → Account Settings in the app and select Deactivate Account, or email support@homello.org with your account email and a deletion request. We will process your request within 30 days.
How do I report a problem with a listing or user?+
Contact us at support@homello.org with details about the listing or user, including screenshots if possible. Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.
